"Parade", the title track of Dolours' upcoming debut EP (18/11/26), was recorded, mixed, and produced entirely by the band across a patchwork of bedrooms and studios. The track focuses on an act of defiance against a coercive relationship and the rebirth that follows. Set almost entirely within the narrator's mind, it explores the reclaiming of identity and agency. Sonically, Parade marks a shift towards a darker, more synth-driven sound, drawing heavily from darkwave while retaining the same punk DNA that runs through both "Blunt" and "I Am the Dog".

The band have announced an EP release show in the Black Country, marking the arrival of Parade. They have also been confirmed for a slot at The New Colossus Festival in New York City's Lower East Side next year.

The EP also features live favourite "Your Words", a brooding love song laden with melancholy and indebted to the darker textures of Skinty Fia, alongside "FOR", a relentless punk cut centred on intrusive thoughts and the nagging internal voice that won't let go.

Dolours fuse the mechanical pulse of Joy Division with the raw immediacy of Fontaines D.C., delivering an alternative sound that balances vulnerability with modern disquiet. Writing collaboratively, the four-piece craft songs that pulse with melancholy, allure, and unflinching honesty. 

Taking a holistic approach to performance, the band channel their influences into an immersive live experience, drawing audiences into their world through intensity, atmosphere, and emotional release.
